for licensing and regulation of persons, firms and corporations engaging
in ~he pawn broker business in the City of Bremer~on, providing for penalties
for vicla~ion hereof and repealing Ordinance No. 26 of ~he City of
Bremer~on," by adding ~heret~o an additional section to be known as
"Section 9A" making i~ unlawful to open or keep open a Pawn Broker's
business between the hours cf 7 o'clock P.M. and ? o'clock A. E. of
each day, except between December 15 ~o 25 inclusive.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CO~,~IISSION 0~~ THE CITY 0~ BRE~RTON,
AS ~0]]~OWS:
Section 1. Tha~ Ordin~noe~ No. 882, entitled "An Ordinance providing
for licensing and regulation of persons, firms and corporations engaging
in the pawn broker business in the §ity of Bremer~on, providing for penalties
for violation hereof and repealing Ordinance No. 26 of ~he Oily of B~emerton"
be amended by adding an additional section ~o be known as "Section 9A," as
follows:
Section 9E. It shall be unlawful for any Pawn Broker or other person bo
conduct the business of Pawn ~-~roker in whole or in part, directly or indirectly,
in the 0i~y cf Bremerton between ~he hours of ? o'clock P.~. and ? o'clock
A. t~. of each day except from December 1~ ~o December E5 of each year d~ring which
time such Pawn Broker business may be ~ransacted up ~o, bu~ not later ~han
10 o~clock P, M.
Section E. This ordinance shall be in f~ll force ~nd effect thirty ~0~
days from and after i~s passage and publication as provided by law.
