as follows:

~&), Grand View Addition, Bremer~on, ~ashin~!'ton. owned by the City
of Bremerton, be and the s~me ~re hereby se~ aside and dedicated
for a park ~urposes and public use.
This Ordinance shall be in full force and effeo~ ~0 days from
and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
