BE IT ORD_:INED BY THE CITY COi~S~ISSION Ob~ '2HE CITY O~ BRE~ERTON
as follows:
Section 1. This commission having heretofore, on the ~ day of ~pril,
1981, duly adam, pied a resoluti~,n fixing lday ~O~h, 1981, at 10~O0 o'Clock
~. N. of said day, in ~he Commissio~hambers of ~he Oi~Y Hall of ~he Ci~y
of Bremer~on as ~he ~ime and place for ~he hearing pe~i~ion to vacate ~he
hereinafter described s~ree~, and notices of s~-~id hearing havin~i bee~ duly
given in the manner and form ~nd for the ~ime provided by law, and aS said
hearing no person owning t~roperSy abutting upon sa, id stree~ proposed ~o be
vacated, and no~ having made any obJec~i'ons ~o said petition, ~he City
Commission finds ~ha~ the part of Eas~ Thirteenth S~ree$,hereinafter in
Section ~ described , has been of no use as a public s~ree~, ~nd will be of
no use as a ~u.lic s~reet in the future .
Section 2. That ~he followings; described stree~ loca.~ed in ~he Oi~y of
Bremer~on, Ki~sap ~oun~y , ;Vashin~'~on, ~o-wi~:
Eas~ Thirteenth S~ree~ from ~he ~es~ margin of Narlow~. ~venue,

be ~nd the sa~ne is hereby w~c~ted as a public s~ree$, :?~,nd the land occupied
by s,~,id par~ of said s~ree~, as hereinabove described, shall belong

Sectiozi 3. This Grdinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
