Section 1. Tha~ the maps,plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer and on file with ~he City Clerk,for ~he improvement of Broadway
Avenue from the center line of Thirteenth Street north to the cen~er line
of ~ifteenth S~reet,be and ~he same are hereby approved and adopted.
Sec~ion 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ~hirty days
from and after i~s passage and publication.
PASSED BY THE CITY CO~MISSION,signed by the Mayor and Attested by ~he
Ci~y Clerk in authentication of such passage, this 10th day of June 19~1.
