for ~he est:~b!ishing and ~he es~ hlishing of ~he boundary lines and ~he grades
of each and every of s.~id sfireefls, roads, highways, and thoroughfares, and
provide for ~he making ~nd the making of ~.~ mas~er plan ~o govern all furze
improvements of each and every of s~id streetS, roads, highways, and
fa~-es, including palns for 8~ades, and grading, and plans for ~he laying of
s~orm and s~ni~%ry sev;ers ~ad providing for the drainage ~hereof, and providing

in eaid assessment ~oll is specially benefitted bY Said improvement, and
~ha~ ~here be and hereby is assessed a~Sns~ each parcel and lo~ of land
and par~ thereoff and o~her proper~y contained in said Imprevemen~ Dis~ric~
as ehown in s~id roll, including ~he property bel'u~ging ~o the
Bremerton, ~he re2pec2ive ~m~un~m in said roll ;et a~gains~ each s id parcel
or lo~ of l~.nd, or par~ the~eoff, and o~her proper~y between ~he ~ermini of
