BE IT ORD~INED BY THE CITY CO~,H~.IISSION O~~ THE CiTY O~ BHE~HTON as
follows: ~
Seo~ion.1. Tha~ whenevsr ~h, Gi~y T~asursr of ~h~ Ol~y of
Brsmer~on shall collsot delinquen~ assessments in an~ ~mprovemen~
dis~rio~ or o~herwise, which assessments or an~ par~ ~hereof have
been certified ~o the Ooun~y Treas~er, as req~ired by law, such
dity Treasurer is hereb~~ directed to immediately report to the
Oo~ty Tre~surer the collection of such a'ssessments so certified.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force ~nd effec~
~ir~y days from and after i~s pass~ge and publication as'p~0vided by
law.
