Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
En~nesr and on file with the City Clerk for the improvement of the alley in
Block 2, Bremer's First ~ddition to Bremerton and Charleston between. Fifth and
Sl~h Streets, be and the same are hereby ap2royed and.adopted.
Section 2. This ordinauae shall be in full forc~ and effect thirty (30)
days from and after iZs pass,ge ~nd publication us provided by law.
Passed by the City Co~,~ission of the City of $remerton, sigaed by the Mawr
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 8th day of
December, 1934.
