~N 0RDIN~nCE approving and adopting the assessment roll for Local ~provement
District No 129 under 0rdinaace No. 1023 providing for the improvement of 01ympi~
avenue from the north ~rgin of First Street to the south margin of Burwell Street
by clearing, the adjBstin~ of sewers and sewer connections where necessary, pro-
viding for the drainage thereof, adjusting of water mains and by paving With a
one-course concrete p~veme~t approximately six inches thick and thirtY feet wide,
together with such other work as may be necesssry to make said improvement a com-
plete job; and the levying and assessing the cost thereof against the parcels and
lots of lands and parts thereof between the termini and within the boundry of said
street as shown on the said asses~mnt roll, and providing for the collection there-
of and fixing the date for the issuance of the bonds in payment thereof.

Section 1. That the assessment roll for Local ImProvement District No. 129,
providing for the improvement of Olympic ~venue from the north :r~rgln of First
Street to the south margin of Burwell Street by clearing, the adjusting of sewers
and sewer connections where necessary, providing for the drainage thereof, adjust-
ing of water maids an~ by~.paving with a one-course concrete pavement approximately
six inches thick and thirty feet wide, toEett]er with the doing of such other and
further work in connection therewith as may be necessary ta ~ke sUch improvement
a complete job, al-1 in accordance with the plans and specifications on file ia the
office of the City Clerk, as provided by O~dlnance No. 1023 be and the same ls
hereby approved a~d confi~ed.
Section 2. That each parcel and lot of land or. part thereof as shown in said
assessment roll ls specially benefited by said improvement, and that there be and
hereby is assessed against each parcel and 10't of land and ~part thereof ~nd other
property contained in said Improvement District aS shown in said roll, including
the property belonging to the City of Bremerton, the respective a~unts i.n said
roll set against each parcel or lot of land, or part thereof, and other property
between the termini of said improvement ubutting upon, adjacent or proxi~te to
said street, and such amounts so assessed are aereby declared to be. first lien
against each parcel or lot of land or part thereof, against which the same is
assessed in said roll.
Section ~. That for the purpose of this said improvement there is hereby
created and established a special fund to be known and called "Local Improvement
Fund, District No. 129" Bonds shall be issued In serial n~abers from one to
both inclusive, or so many ~s may be necessary to provide for the uncollected
portion of said special ~asessmeat due or owing ia said district ca the date here-
inefter fixed, the s~me to he in denominations of One Hundred Dollars (~100.00)
each, except the first, which shall be for such fractional part of One Hundred
Dollars ~s may be remaining due and unpaid on s~id date payable from said "Local
Improvement Funds, District ~o. 129".
Section 4. That the 24th day of January, .1935 be and the same is hereby fixed
for the date of the issLmnce and sale of the'bonds to be issued on account of suid
improvement.
Section 5. This ordinance shall be in I~ull force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Co~ission, signed by the Mayor and attested by tile City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this first day of December, 1934.
