Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer and on file with the City Clerk for the improvement of Fourth Street
and Fifth Street from the west margin of ~aval zvenue to East margin of Olympic
zvenue; Olympic Court and Olympic. Avenue from the north margin of Burwell Street
north to the south margin of Sixth Street be and the same are hereby approved
and adopted.
Section 2. This Ordinance sh~ll be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as '~rovi~ed by law.
Passed ~y the ~ity Commission of tile City of Bremerton, signed by the.
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 20th
day of October, 19~4.
