north to the south margin of Eleventh Street; Chester avenue from the north
end of the present pavement (located midway between Eighth Street and Ninth
Street) north to the south margin of Eleventh Street; Seventh Street from
the west margin of High avenue west to the east margin of Pennsylvania
avenue; Ninth Street from the west margin of Chester avenue west to the
east margin of iilgh avenue; Eleventh Street from the east margin of Chester
avenue west to the center line of High avenue and Ohio avenue from the north
margin of Eleventh Street north one hundred twenty (120) feet.

pavement(located midway between Eighth Street and Ninth Street) north to
the sou~h ~rgin of Eleventh Street; Chester avenue fr~ the no~h end of
the presen~ pavement (located midway between Eighth Street and ~in~h Street)
north to ~he south margin of Eleventh S~reet; Seventh Stree~ from the west
margin of High avenue wes~ to the east margin of Pennsylvania avenue, Ninth
S~reet from the west margin of Chester avenue west to the east margin of
High avenue; Eleventh S~ree~ from ~he east margin of Chester avenue wes~ to

hereby approved and adopted.
Section ~. This ordinance shall be in full force and ef'fec~ thirty
days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
Passed by ~he City Co~ission of the City of ~remerton, signed by the
~ayor and attested by ~he City Clerk in authentication of such passage
~his 8th day of September, 1954.
