~ 0RDIN~NCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of Montgomery Avenue from the liorth margln of ~'arragut Street ltort
to the South margin of Sixth Street.
THE CITY COMMISSI01~ OF THE CITY 0F BR~RTON DO 0BDzII~ ~S ~'0LLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer and on file with the City Clerk for the improvement of Montgomery Avenue
from the North nmrgin of Farragut Street llorth to the South margin of Sixth Street
be and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)~m~ays
from and after its passage andapublication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Qlerk in authentication of such passage this ?th day of
July 1934.
