AE ORDII~I~CE ~pproving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of Burwell Street from the West margin of Pacific
~venue, West to the East margin of Chester ~venue.
TITE CITY CO~f~ISSIO~ OF THE CITY OF BRE~RTO~ DO ORD~I~ ~S FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the ~ps, plans and specifications prepared by
the City ~gineer and on file with the Gity Clerk for the improvement
of Bu~eI1 Street from the West margin of Pacific ~venue, ~est to the
East margin of Chester ~venue be and the same are hereby approved and
adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
i~ediately upon its passage and publication as provided by law.
Section 3. An emergency exists and this ordinance is necessary for
the i~ediate preservation of the peace, health and safety of the people
of the City of Bremerton, and shall take effect i~ediately upon its
passage and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Co~ission of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such
