'the improvement o2 Cogean Avenue, McKenzie A~enue, Seventh Street, Eighth Street,
and Ninth Street, as in this ordinance described.
THE CITY CO~$~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans, and specificationS prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the imProvement of
Cogean Avenue from the North margin of Eighth Street North to the South margin
of Eleventh Street; McKenzie Avenue from the North margin of Seventh street
North to the South margin of Eleventh Street; Seventh Street from .the West margin
of Pacific Avenue West to the East margin of Park Avenue; Eighth Street from
the West margin of Pacific Avenue West to the East msrgin of park Avenue;
Ninth Street from the West margin of Pacific Avenue West to the East margin Of
Park Avenue; be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Commission of the City of Bremert~n,' signed by the
Mayor and attested by the Acting City Clerk in authentication of such passage
this 7th day of September, 1935.
