the improvement of Elizabeth Avenue, Warren Avenue, Broadway Avenue, Tenth
Street, Eleventh Street, Twelfth Street, T~irteenth Street, Fifteenth Street,
and the alley between Elizabeth Avenue and Warren Avenue as in this ordinance
described.
THE CITY COMMISSI0~ OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans, and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
Elizabeth Avenue from the North margin of Eleventh Street North to the South
margin of Seventeenth Street', approximate width of 28 feet; Warren Avenue from
the South margin of Thirteenth Street North ~to the South margin of Fifteenth
'Street, approximate width of 26 feet; Broadway Avenue from the North margin of
Twelfth Street North to the South margin of Thirteenth Street, aDproxim.ate width
26 feet; Tenth Street from the West margin of Park Avenue West to the East
margin o2 Warren Avenue, approximate width of 26 feet; Eleventh Street from the
West ~margin of Park Avenue West to the East mar~in of Warren Avenue, approximate
width of 26 feet; Twelfth Street from the West margin of Warren Avenue West to
the West margin of Broadway Avenue, approximate width of 26 feet; Twelfth Street
from the West margin cT Elizabeth Avenue West to the East margin of Warren Avenue,
approximate width of 24 feet; Thirteenth Street from the West margin of Park
Avenue West to the East margin~ of Elizabeth Avenue, approximate width of 25
feet;' Thirteenth Street from the West margin of Elizabeth Avenue to the' ~ast
margin of Warren Avenue, approximate width of 20 feet; Thirteenth Street from the
West margin of Warren Avenue West to the West margin of Broadway Avenue, approx-
imate width of. 25 feet; Fifteenth Street from the West margin of Park Avenue to
the East margin of Warren Avenue, approximate width of 22 feet; the alley
the North margin of Eleventh Street North to the South margin of Twelfth Street,
lying between Elizabeth Avenue and Warren Avenue, approximate width of 14 feet;
be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
