AN ORDINANCE approving end adopting the maps, plans and specifica-
tions for the improvement of Rainier Avenue, Olympic Avenue, Seventh
Street and Eighth Street in accordance with the resolution hereinbe-
fore adopted.

Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by
the City Engineer and on file with the City Clerk for the improvement
of Olympic ~venue, Rainier avenue, Seventh Street and Eighth Street
by the construction of sidewalks, construction of sewers on Rainier
~venue and part of Seventh Street and part of Eighth Street be an~ the
same are hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty (30) days from and after its passage and publication as provided
by law.
Passed by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by
the Mayor and attested by the City Clark in authentication of such
passage this 4th day of May, 1935.
