~N ORDINzNCE amending Section t of Ordinance No. 197, entitled: "An
Ordinance to prevent the obstruction of sidewalks, cross walks, and streets
and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this
ordinance, and providing penalties for the violation of this ordinance".

Section 1. That Section i of Ordinance No. 197 entitled, "An ordinance
to prevent the obstructio~ of sidewalks, cross walks and streets and re-
pealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordin-
ance, and providing penalties for the violation of this ordinance" be amend-
ed to read as follows:
"Section 1. That no person, firm, company or corpomtlon shall place
or cause to be placed, or suffer to be placed or allowed to remain any boxes,
sacks, stands, benches or any goods, wares or merchandise of any nature whatso-
ever, or any personal property of any description on the sidewalks, cross-
walks or streets in the City of Bremerton, ~ashington."
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
Pas~se~ by the City Oomission of the Oity of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
27th day of ~pril, 1935.
