aN 0RDIN~hCE fixing the rate of interest on all warrants issued by the Uity
of Bremerton, and repealing Ordinance No. 405 and all other ordinances and parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith.

Section . That all warrants issued by the City of Bremerton against any of
the funds of the City of Bremerton, unless otherwise provided in the body of such
warrant or warrants, shall bear interest at the rate of five per centum per annum
from the date of presentment of such warrant for payment at the office of the
City Treasurer, and his endorsement of such presentation thereon until such warrant
is regularly called by notice or otherwise paid or satisfied, as provided by law.
Section 2. Ordinance 2o. 405 and all other ordinances and parts or ordin-
a~ces in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This o~in~nce shall be in full force a~d ei'fect thirty days
from and after its passaf~e and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City' Co~ission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
an~ attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 13th day
of ~pril, 1935.
