~N ORDi~NCD providing for the licensing of ~rble ~chines and games of
skill and amending Section i of Ordinance No. 1015.
The City Co~ission of ~he City of Bremerton do ordain as follows:
Section 1. That Section i oi' Ordinance No. 1015 entitled, "An Ordinance
providing for the licensing of ~rble ~chines and games of skill and providing
penal%les for violation thereof" be amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. That any person, firm or corporation desiring to own, operate,
or maintain, in the City of Bremerton, a marble ~chine, a bagatelle, pin board
or by whatever name the same may be c~lled, whereby a plunger or other attach-
men~ is used for the purpose of shooting marbles, balls or other spheres or
objects over or around a b~rd on which obstacles are placed to test the skill
of the operator thereof, and who uses suc~ ~chiae, board or game for co~ercial
purposes, shall pay a license of Three Dollars (~5.00) per month payable
annually in advance for each of such machines, boards or games, pr~viding ~hat
no license shall be issued to any such person, firm or corporation for less than
twenty-five of such devices.
Section ~. This ordinance shall be in full force and effec~ ~hir~y ~ays
from and after its pass,ge and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Oo~m~ission of ~he City of Bremerton, signed by the l~ayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this l~th day
