~N 0RDIN~NCE vacating a strip five feet wide off from each side of Shore
avenue.
TLtE CI'l~f C0~ISSION OF THE CiTY O~~ BR~ikRTON do ordain as follows:
Section 1. This Commission having heretoBore, on the 10th day of February,
1935, duly adopted a resolution fixing Saturday, the 23rd day of March, 1~35, at
]0 o'clock ~.M. of said day in the Commission Chambers at the City Hall oi' the
City of Bremerton, as the time and place of hearing petition to vacate the here-
inafter described streets, and notices of said hearing having been duly given in
the manner and form and for the time provided by law, and at said hearing no
objections having been made to said petition by any abutting property owner on
sald street proposing to be v~cated.
~0W, ~E~'0RE, the following described streets in the City of Bremerton,
Kitsap County, ~ashlngton, to-wit:
Five feet off from each side of Shore avenue
from its intersection with Trenton ~venue north to
the north line of Grandview ~ddition in the City
of Bremerton.
be and the same is hereby vacated as a public street and the land occupied by
the parts of said street so vacated as hereinabove Rescribed shall belong to
the abutting owners thereon.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
P~SSED by the City Commission, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 23r~ ~ay of March, 1935.
