SECTIOR 1. ~hat the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
City E~gineer and on file with the City Clerk for the improvement of ~arren
avenue between Burwell and Fourth Streets and the alley extending through
Block 22, Original Town of Bremerton, from Warren to Chester Avenues be
and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
(50) days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
9th day of March, 1935.
