AN ORDINANCE approving the maps, plans and specifications for the improvement
of streets, alleys and avenues in that part of the City of Bremerton known as
East Bremerton, as in this ordinance specified, by the construction and laying of
a main trunk sewer along certain of such streets, and the construction and laying
of sub-sewers, storm and sanitary sewers and branch sewers along other streets
and avenues in such part of said city, and as specified in such maps, plans and
specifications.
THE CITY CO~8,~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BREZ~ERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk for the improvement of parts
of Winfield Avenue, East Eleventh Street, Pitt Avenue; East Eight Street; Trenton
Avenue, Shore Evenue, ~nd ~ater Street by the laying aud construction of an
adequate trunk sewer, and providing for the improvement of Marlowe Avenue,
Winfield Avenue, East Fifteenth Street, East Fourteenth Street, Scott Avenue,
Perry Avenue, Hayward Avenue, Ironsides Avenue, alley East of Bright's Addition,
01d Nipsic Avenue, Nipsic Avenue, Vandalia Avenue, Trenton Avenue, Wynard Avenue,
and such &ther streets, alleys and property as shown in such plans and specification~
by the laying and construction of sub-sewers, branch sewers, storm and sanitary sewer ,
be and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days from
and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED and aopted by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton this 19th
day of December, 1936, signed by the ~ayor and attested by the City Clerk in
authentication of such passage.
