AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of Naval Avenue 100 feet, more or less, North of the North margin
of Sixth Street, North to the South margin of Eleventh Street, as in this
ordinance described.
THE CITY COM~{ISSlON OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
Naval Avenue ~00 feet, more or less, North of the North margin of Sixth Street,
North to the South margin of Eleventh Street; be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
Passed by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 31st day
of October, 1936.
