AN ORDINANCE vacating that part of the North 57. feet of Olympic Court and a
certain alley extending from the said Olympic Court 7~est 54.63 feet.
THE CITY C0~:~[ISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLL0~,~S:
Section 1. This Commission having heretofore on the first day of August,
1936, adopted a resolution fixing September fifth, 1936, at 10 o'clock A.M. of
said day ~in the Co~ission Chambers at the City Hall of the City of Bremerton, as
the time and place of hearing petition to ~acate the hereinafter described street
and alley, and notices of said hearing having been duly given in the manner and
form and for the time provided by law, and at said hearing no objections having
been made to said petition by any abutting property on said street and alley
proposed to be vacated.
NOW, THEREFOR'E, the following described street and alley in the City of
Bremerton, Kitsap County, Washington, to-wit:
The North ~7 feet of that certain street kno~ as Ol~pic Place
or Olympic Court the particular area to be vacated being fully
and particularly described as follows; to-wit: Part of the
of the Sv~ of Section 1~, Township ~ North, Range 1 East, W.L~.,
beginning 8~ feet North and 7~.65 feet East of the Southwest
corner of the said Southwest quarter of the ~outhwest ouarter~
said point being the true point o~ beginning, thence North ~7
~eet to the South margin, of Fourth Street; thence West along the
South margin of Fourth Street ~0 feet; thence South ~7 feet; thence
East ~0 feet to the point of beginning, Kitsap County, Washington;
and,
Part of the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter, Section 1~,
To, ship ~ North, Range 1 East of W.M., beginning 690 feet North
and 660 feet East of the Southwest corner of the said Southwest
quarter of the Southwest quarter, Section 1~, To~ship ~, North,
Range 1 East of ~.~d., thence North 100 feet to true point of
beg~nning~ thence North l& feet; thence East ~.6~ feet; thence
South 1~ ~eet; thence West O&.O~ feet to point of beginning, Kitsap
Co~ty, 7~ashington;
b~ and the same is hereby vacated as a public street and the land occupied by
said street and alley hereinabove described shall belong to the abutting
property o~ers thereon, cne-half to each.
Section 2. This ordin~ce shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication , as provided by law.
