AN 0RDIhANCE ap.nroving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for the
improvement of' Broadway Avenue, Eighth Street, and Ninth Street, as in this ordin-
ance described.
THE CITY C(',~!~ISSION OF ~!E CITY OF BRE~RTCN DO ORDAIN A~ FCLL0?;S:
Section 1. 't~at the maps, p~=~, and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office o~ the City Clerk, for the i~provement of'
Broadway Avenue ~rom the north margin of Sixth Street north to the South margin of
Ninth Street; Ei~th Street from the West margin of Warren Avenue West to East margin
of Chester Avenue; Ninth Street from the West margin of Warren Avenue West to East
margtnof Chester Avenue; be and the s'~e are hereby adopted.
Section 2. ~is ordinance shall be in full force ~d effect thirty days from
~-~¢~ and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Co~.lssion of the City of Bremerton, signed b the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication or such passage this ~gnd day of
