AN 0~DINANCE approving and adopting the maps, .plans, and specifications for
the impcovement of Pennsylvania Avenue from the North margin of Sixth Street North
to the south margin of Eleventh Street, as in this ordinance described.
THE CITY CC~,~iISSION OF THE CITY CF BRE~RTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLL0~S:
Section 1. That the maP~:, plans, and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now ~n file in the office of the City Clerk, for the i~p~oven~ent of
Pennsylvania Avenue from the north margin of S~xth Street North to the south margin
of Eleventh Street, be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section. ~. This ordinance ~shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this eleventh
day of July, 19~8.
