AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans, and specifications for
the improvement of the alley in Block Seventeen, Original Town of Bremerton, between
Fifth Street and Sixth Street, extending from Park Avenue'to Warren Avenue, as ~n
this ordinance described.
THE CITY C0};~iIS~ION OF THE CITY OF BRE~RTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specification Prepared' by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office o£ the 8ity"C~erk, for the improvement of the
alley in Block Seventeen, Original Town of Bremerton, between Fifth Street and
Sixth Street, extending from Park Avenue to Warren Avenue, be and the same are hereb~
adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be ii1 £ull force and effect thirty days from
and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attestedby the City Clerk in authentication o£ such passage this ninth day fo
September, 19~6.
