~N 0RDINf~TCE approving and adopting the maps, plans, and specifications for
the improvement of the alley between Burwell Street and Fourth Street, extending
from Chester Avenue to State Avenue, as in this ordinance described.
THE CITY C0~,~ISSION OF ~!E CI~ 0FBRElv~RTON D0 ORDAIN ~ FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of the
alley between Burwell Street ~d Fourth Street, extending from Chester Avenue to
State Avenue, by clearing, grubbing, grading and paving with a one-course concrete
pavement six inches thick and fourteen feet wide, proviStng for the drainage of
said alley, be and the s~e are hereby adopted.
Section S. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
