AN ORDINANCE vacating the alley running North and South, together with
the alley running East and West, in Block Twenty, Original Town of Bremerton.
THE CITY COEI~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BEEMERTON DO ORDAIN as follows:
Section 1. This Commission having heretofore on the 15th day of February
1936, duly adopted a Resolution fixing ~Iarch 14, 1936, at l0 o'clock A.M. of
said day in the Commission Chambers at the City Hall of the City of Bremerton,
as the time and place of hearing petition to vacate the hereinafter described
alleys, and notices of said hemring having been duly given in the manner and
form and for the time provided by law, and at said hearing no objections having
been made to said petition by any abutting property owner on said alleys
proposing to be vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, the following described streets in the City of Bremerton,
Kitsap County, Washington, to-wit:
The alley running North and South, together with the alley running
East and West, Block Twenty ~20), Original Town of Bremerton,
be and the same are hereby vacated as public alleys and the land occupied by
said alleys as hereinabove described shall belong to the abutting property
owner thereon.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 14th day of March, 1936.
