AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of Marlow Avenue from East Sixteenth Street to the new lateral
highway cut-off; new lateral highway cut-off from ~arlow Avenue to Winfield
Avenue; ;~infield Avenue from lateral highway cut-off to East Eighth Street;
East Eighth Street from Winfield Avenue to Water Avenue; Water Avenue from
East Eighth Street ~o Trenton Avenue;
THE CITY C0~,~IS$ION 0F THE CITY 0F BRE~iERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer and on file with the City Clerk for the improvement of ~!arlow Avenue
from East Sixteenth Street to the new lateral highway cut-off; new lateral
highway cut-off from Marlow Avenue to Winfield Avenue; Winfield Avenue from
lateral highway cut-off to East Eighth Street; East Eighth Street from Winfield
Avenue to Water Avenue; Water Avenue from East Eighth Street to Trenton Avenue
be and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty $30)
days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~iayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage thie 7th
