AN ORDINANCE approving the platting of certain property belonging to the
City of Bremerton and approving and adopting the plat of said property desig-
nated as Bremerton Waterworks Tracts, recorded in Volume Four o2 Plats on
page 102, Records of Kitsap County, and approving the sale of tracts therein.
THE ~ITY 00~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BRENERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the platting of that certain property owned by the.City
of Bremerton, on the 7th day of January, 1924, described as follows;
This plat of the Bremerton Waterworks Tracts comprises all of the
Northwest quarter of Section 32, Township 24 North, Range I East
of W.~., Kitsap County, Washington;
together with the recording of said plat in the offices of the County Auditor
of Kitsap County, Washington, in Volume Four of Plats on page 102 of the
Records of Kitsap County, together with the dedication of streets and alleys
and all public places therein and the dividing of said property into lots and
parcels of land for sale thereof be and the same are hereby ratified, adopted
confirmed and approved as the valid act of the City of Bremerton.
Section 2. That the sale of any and all lots heretofore made or con-
summated either under contract or by deed for the prices in any of such
instruments set forth be and the same are hereby approved, ratified and
confirmed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty (30)
days from and after its passage as by law provided.
PASSED and adopted by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton in
regular session assembled, signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
in authentication of such passage this 18th day of January, 1936.
