AN ORDINANCE by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton repealing
Ordinance No. 1134 and Ordinance No. ll41 of the City of Bremerton pertaining
to licensing of music and entertainment in places where beer and lights wines
are sold, and declaring an emergency herein.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C0~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BREM~RTON:
Section lo That the City Commissioners of the City of Bremerton have
heretofore passed an Ordinance No. 1134, permitting music and entertainment
in places where beer and light wines are sold in the City of Br~emerton, also
passed Ordinance No. ll41, as an amendment to said Ordinance No. 1134;
NOW, THEREFORE, this ordinance hereby repeals each of the above named
and described ordinances, and the same are to be of no force and effect what-
soever. That an emergency exists for the passage of this ordinance, and it
is for the best interests of the City of Bremerton, and the peace and good
government thereof that this ordinance take effect and be in full force ~and
effect from and after its passage and publication;
We further declare that this ordinance shall take effect from and after
its passage and publication as an emergency ordinance.
PASSED by the City Commission, signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk in authentication thereof this October 7, 1937.
