AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of Bertha Avenue from the North margin of Sixth Street
North to the South margin of Highway #21 by clearing, grubbing, grading,
and providing for the drainage thereof as provided by'Ordinance No. 1176.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improve-
ment of Bertha Avenue from the North margih of Sixth Street North to the
South margin of Highway #21, by clearing, grubbing, grading and providing
for the drainage thereof as provided by Ordinance No. 1176; be and the same
are hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
25th day of September, 1937.
