AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of the alley in Block 24, Original Town of Bremerton,
by clearing, grubbing, grading, paving with a one course concrete pavement
sic inches thick and fourteen feet wide, as provided by Ordinance No. 1172.
THE CITY C0~ISSION OF THE CITY 0F BREMERTON DO 0RDAINAS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in ~he office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
the alley in Block 24, Original Town of Bremerton, by clearing, grubbing,
grading, paving with a one course concrete pavement six inches thick and
fourteen feet wide, as provided by Ordinance 1172; be and the same are hereby
approved and adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
7th day of August, 1937.
