AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of Ninth Street extending from Naval Avenue to Roosevelt
Avenue by clearing, grubbing, grading, paving with one course concrete pave-
ment six inches thick and thirty feet wide, as provided by Ordinance ll71.
THE CITY C0~,~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BRE~RTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement
of Ninth Street from the East margin of Nav~l Avenue East to the West margin of
Roosevelt Avenue, by clearing, grubbing, grading, paving with a one course
concrete pavement six inches thick and thirty feet wide, as provided by
Ordinance ll71, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
7th day of August, 1937.
