AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvmment of Summit Avenue from the South margin of Preble Street South to
the City Limits, by clearing, grubbing, grading, paving with one course concrete
pavement six inches thick and thirty feet wide; providing for the drainage thereof
as provided by Ordinance No. 1170.
THE CITY CO~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
Suni$it Avenue from the South margin of Preble Street South to the City Limits, by
clearing, grubbing, grading, paving with one course concrete pavement six inches
thick and thirty feet wide, as provided by Ordinance llT0; be and the same are
hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days from
and after its passage and publication aw provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the ~ayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 7th day of~
Augus t, 1937.
