the Cities of Bremerton and Charleston as in this ordinance described.
THE CITY C0~5~ISSION OF ~E CI~ 0F BRELiERTON D0 ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. T~at the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
the ~ley in Block 6, Willi~ Bremer's First Addition to the Cities of Bremerton
and Charleston, more particularly described as lying between Fourth Street and
Burwell Street, extending from Naval Avenue to Hewitt Avenue, be and the same
are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force ~d effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED BY T~ City Co~ission of the City of~Bre~rton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 19th day
of June, 1937.
