AN ORDINANCE adopting and confirming the assessment roll for Local Improve-
ment District No. 151 created and established by Ordinance No. lll3 providing for
the improvement of Elizabeth Avenue from the South margin of Seventeenth Street
North to the Port Washington Narrows, in accordance with maps, plans and specif-
ications as in said ordinance described; providing for the levying and assessing
of the costs an~ expenses thereof against the parcels and lots of land between
the termini and within the boundaries of said mmprovement district; providing for
the collection thereo~; creatin~ and establishing a special fund therefor and fix-
ing the date for the issuance o~ bonds in paymen~ thereof.

Section 1. That the assessment roll for Local Improvement District No. 1~1,
providing for the im-?ovement of Elizabeth Avenue from the South margin of Seven-
teenth Street North to the Port ~gshln~ton Narrows, by clearing, grubbing, grading
and pavin~ with a one course concrete pavement, six inches thick and twenty-eight
feet wide, and the construction of concrete curbs, and the adjusting and connecting
of water mains with connections thereto, the construction and adjusting of inlets.

ications on file in the off~ce of the City Clerk, and as provide~]'by and described
in Ordinance No. 1115, be and the same is here0y in all things approved and con-
firmed.
Section 2. That each parcel and lot of land or part thereof, as shown in said
assessment roll is specially benefited by said improvement, and that there be and
hereby is assessed against each parcel and lot of land and part thereof and other
property contained in said improvement district as shown in said roll. including
the property belonging to the Citv of Bre,~erton, the respective amoungs in said

street, and such amounts, so assessed, are hereby declared to be first lien against
each parcel or lot of land or part thereof, against which the same is assessed in
said roll.
Section 5. That ~or the purpose of this said improvement there is hereby
created and established a special fund to be kno~wn and called "Local Improvement
Fund, District No. 151". Bonds shall be issued in serial numbers from One to
both inclusive, or so many as raay be necessary to provide for the uncollected por-
tion of said Special assessment due or owinp~ in said district on the date herein-
after fixed, the same to be in denomination§ of One Hundred Dollars each, except
the first, which shall be for such fractional part of ~wo Hundred Dollars as may
be remaining due and u,~paid on said date payable from said "Local Improvement
Fund, Distr~ct No. 151". '
Section 4. That the tenth day of August, 1937, be and the same is hereby
fixed for the date o~~ the issuance and sale of the bon~:~s to be issued on account
of said improvement.
Section 5. This ordinance shall be i~ full force and effect thirty days from
and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission, signed by the L~ayor and attested by the City
Clerk in authentication of such passage this twelfth day of June, 1937.
