AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifica-
tions for the improvement of Hewitt Avenue, from Sixth Street to Eighth
Street, as in this ordinance described.
THE CITY. C0~ISSICN OF THE CITY OF BRE~f~RT0~ DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the
City Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the im-
provement of Hewitt Avenue, from Sixth Street to Eighth Street by clearing,
gr~bbing, grading, and paving with one course concrete pavement six inches
thick and twenty-six feet wide; be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty
days from and after its passage and Publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
29th day of May, 1937. i
