AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
for the improvement of Warren Avenue from Fifteenth Street to Seventeenth Street;
Broadway Avenue from Thirteenth Street to Fifteenth Street and Fifteenth Street
from Warren Avenue to Broadway Avenue, as in this ordinance described.
THE CITY CO~[ISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOILOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
Warren Avenue from Fifteenth Street to Seventeenth Street; Broadway Avenue from
Thirteenth Street to Fifteenth Street and Fifteenth Street from Warren Avenue
to Broadway Avenue, by clearing, grubbing, grading, paving with one course con-
crete pavement six inches thick and thirty-six feet wide on Warren Avenue; twenty-
six feet wide on Broadway Avenue; and grading Fifteenth Street thirty feet wide
and laying sewers; be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 29th day
of May, 1937.
