tions for the improvement of the alley in Block 2, Phillips Addition, more
particularly described as lying between Burwell Street and Gregory Way ex-
tending from Chester Avenue to State Avenue, as in this ordinance described.
THE CITY C0~{ISSION OF THE CITY OF BREI~RTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
the alley in Block 2, Phillips Addition by clearing, grubbing, grading and
paving with one course concrete pavement six inches thick and approximately
fourteen feet wide; be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
29th day of May, 1937.
