AN__~NANCE of the City of Bremerton forbidding the use cC what is generally
termed "B.B?~guns, sl~ng-shots, bean-shooters or any like appliances or apparatus
~ within the City~~emerton, providing for a penalty for the violation hereof and
declaring an emerge~.
BE IT 0RDAI~D BY T~ ~TY C0~ISSION 0F ~IE CITY 0F BREL~RTON:
SECTION 1. That the~e of "B.B." guns, sl~ng-shots, bean-shooters or

like appliances or apparatus ~ereby forbidden in the City of Bremerton, and none
of' these shall be permitted to be~scharged whether it be in the public streets
or on private property.
Section 2. That any person found g~ty of the violation of any of the pro-
visions of this act shall be deemed guil[y ~ misdeamnor and upon conviction
there~F shall be fined in any s~ not more than~.hundred ($100.00)dollars or
confined in the City jail for not more than thirty~) days or by both such fine
and imprisonment.
Section 3. That an emergency ex,?ts fo~ the enactmen~f this ordinance and
