Fourth and Fifth Streets and extendin~ from Warren Avenue to Chester Avenue, as
in this ordinance described.
TH~E CITY C0~9~ISS!0N OF THE CITY OF BRE~ERT0?T DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section'l. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
the alley in Block 23, Original Town of Bremerton, lying between Fourth and Fifth
Streets and extending from Warren Avenue to Chester Avenue; be and the san~e are
hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days from
and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Co~mlission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 8th day of
May, 1937.
