AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of the alley in Block One, William Bremer's First Addition to
the cities of Bremerton and Charleston, as in this ordinance described.
THE CITY C0~*~ISSZON OF THE CITY OF BRE~TON DO 0R~AIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans, and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
the alley in Block One, William Bremer's First Addition to the cities of
Bremerton and Charleston by paving with ~ one course concrete pavement six
inches thick and approximately fourteen feet in width; be and the same are
hereby adopted.~
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from end after its passage end publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the C~.ty Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this 21st
~day of April 1937.
