AN prohibiting the removal or interf~ering with any obstruction
placed on or s any street or alley by or under the direction of the Police
Department of the of Bremerton, and providing a penalty therefore.
BE IT .ORDAINED CITY CC~J_ISSION OF THE CITY OF BR~k~RTON:
Section 1. That on ertain streets and alleys of the City Of Bremerton where
construction work is bein~ 'led on or for other reasons the ~olice Department
of the City of Bremerton _Plat ~ertain obStructions on or across that street(s)
or alley(s) indicating that the are temporarily closed.
Section 2. That any person or ,~rsons removing any of such obstructions or
driviAg over any such street or alley s which the Police Department has
placed such obstruction shall be deemed lty of a misdemeanor and for each
removal and for each driving over such p o closed shall constitute a
separate offense.
Section 3. That any person violating any of ~e provisions of this act shall
~b~e deemed guilt~; of a~ n~isdemeanor and upon convJ shall be fined in ~y
sum not exceeding One ~Iundred ($100.00) Dollars. or by ,~ent in the city jail
for not more than (30) thirty days or by both SUC~ fine an~mprison~ent.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force ~ effect 2ron~. and
~"after its passage and publication as provided by law.
