the improvement of the alley in Block One, ~ueen Ann Addition, more particularly
described as lying between Fifth Street and Sixth Street, extending from Chester
Avenue to Veneta Avenue, as in this ordinance described.
THE CITY CC$~,'~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BR~.'~ERTOM DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of the
alley in Block One, Queen Ann Addition, more particularly described as lying between
Fifth Street and Sixth Street, extending from Chester Avenue to Veneta Avenue, be
and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days from
and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Co~missfon of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this tenth day
of April, 1939.
