AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the
the improvement of High Avenue, between Fifth Street and Sixth Street an_d/alley
hereinafter described.
THE CITY COMNISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN A~ FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Bremerton
for the improvement of High Avenue, between Fifth Street and Sixth Street and
the "T" shaped alley in Block One (1), Peter Hesser's First Addition to Bremerton,
be and the same are hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from ahd after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED BY the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk this 6th day of February, 1937.
