AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of Marguerite Avenue, from a point 300 feet North of the North
margin of Eleventh Street to a point 302 feet North of Thirteenth Street and
Thirteenth Street from a point 234.47 feet West of the West margin of Marguerite
Avenue to High Avenue as in Ordinance No. 1253 described.
THE CITY C01~'IISSION OF THE CITY OF BREK~ERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
Marguerite Avenue, from a point ZOO feet North. of the North margin of Eleventh
Street to a point 302 feet North of Thirteenth Street and Thirteenth Street from
a point 234.47 feet West of the West margin of Marguerite Avenue to High Avenue,
be and the same are hereby adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Co~ission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the

November, 1938.
