AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of Callow Avenue from Ninth Street to Fifteenth Street, ~ont-
gomery Avenue from Ninth Street to Fifteenth Street, Rainier Avenue from
Eleventh Street to Fifteenth Street, Bloomington Avenue from Eleventh Street to
Thirteenth Street, Olympic Avenue from Eleventh Street to Thirteenth Street,
~hitney Avenue from Thirteenth Street to Fifteenth Street, Twelfth Street from
Olympic Avenue to Naval Avenue, Ninth Street from Montgomery Avenue to Callow
Avenue, Thirteenth Street from Bloomington Avenue to Olympic Avenue, and the
alley in Block i and alley in Block 2 of Larson's Third Addition, and Thirteenth
Street from Montgomery Avenue to Rainier Avenue, also Eleventh Street from
Montgomery East to Alley in Block i of Larson's Third Addition, as provided by
in Ordinance No. 1247 establishing Local Improvement District No. 193.
THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BREMERTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
Callow Avenue from Ninth Street to Fifteenth Street, Montgomery Avenue from
Ninth Street to Fifteenth Street, Rainier Avenue from Thirteenth Street to
Fifteenth Street, Bloomington Avenue from Eleventh Street to Thirteenth Street,
Olympic Avenue from Eleventh Street to Thirteenth Street, ~l~itney Avenue from
Thirteenth Street to Fifteenth Street, Twelfth Street from Olympic Avenue to
Naval Avenue, Ninth Street from Montgomery Avenue to Callow Avenue, Thirteenth
Street from Bloomington Avenue to Olympic Avenue, the alley in Block i and
alley in Block 2, Larson's Third Addition, and Thirteenth Street from ~ontgomery
Avenue to Rainier Avenue, also Eleventh Street from Montgomery Avenue East to
alley in Block I of Larson's Third Addition, by ~onstruction of a system of
storm and sanitary sewers and appurtenances, as provided by Ordinance No. 1247
establishing Local Improvement District No. 193, be and the same are hereby
approved and adopted.

Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this
