AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications for
the improvement of Victoria Avenue between Thirteenth Street and ~'ourteenth
Street, and ~'ourteenth Street from Victoria Avenue to High Avenue by the con-
struction of a system of sanitary sewers and appurtenauces as provided by Ord-
inance No. 1244 establishing Local Improvemeut District No. 190.

Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
Victoria Avenue from Thirteenth Street to Fourteenth Street, aud Fourteenth
Street from Victoria Avenue to High Avenue, by the construction of a system of
sanitary sewers and appurtenances as provided by 0rdinauce No. 1244 establishing
Local Tmprovement District No. 190, be and the same are hereby approved and
adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect thirty days
from and after its passage and publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Commission of the City of~ ~remerton, signed by the ~,ayor
and attested by the City Clerk in authentication of such passage this third day
of September, 1938.
