AN 0RDISTANCE approving and adopting the maps, plans and specifications
.For the improvement of ~arguerite Avenue from Fifteenth Street North to its
intersection with Thompson Drive as provided by Ordinance No. 1241.
THE CITY C0~ISSION 0F THE CITY OF BREME~TON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the maps, plans and specifications prepared by the City
Engineer, now on file in the office of the City Clerk, for the improvement of
Marguerite Avenue from Fifteenth Street North to its intersection with
Thomi~son Drive by grading, surfacing, installation of street lights, provid-
ing for the d~ainage thereof as provided by Ordinance No. 1241; be and the
same are hereby approved and adopted.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full Force and effect thirty
days from and after its passage and Publication as provided by law.
PASSED by the City Co~:~ission of the City of Bremerton, signed by the
Mayor and attested by the City ClerW in authentication of such passage this
20th day of August, 1938.
